How do I know it works? Because I do them myself. I'm a natural athlete with a long history of sports training behind me, including gold medals at the
provincial level for track and field, captaining a hockey team before I could drive, and extensive experience training and teaching combat sports such as
boxing and kickboxing, just to give a few examples.
Despite this, my body never looked how I wanted it to look, never felt as fit as I
wanted it to. I used to see the old-time boxers and wondered how they did it, but it wasn't until I started circuit training and using body weight
exercises and the proper resistance training that I got my answer.
My diet also played a big part in my transformation. Learning what to avoid and which foods pair well together and how to eat them to maximize my health was probably the hardest and most important part. you can also learn how to do this as well.
