Home fitness routines Under 10 Minutes

Are you looking for home fitness routines that you can do in the comfort of your own living room, bedroom, basement or even in the hotel room before your first meeting of the day?

Benefits:

• You don’t have to train on someone else’s time schedule.

• No need to feel embarrassed at the local gym.

• Home fitness routines can be taken anywhere.

We`ve come a long way since the Jane Fonda Workout days, not only is there plenty of variety but depending on what your goal is and how far you're willing to go in terms of cost you can achieve almost any training goal .

You can hire a trainer to come to your house, purchase dvd's, partner up with a friend for support--the choices are endless in terms of home fitness.

Whether you're a fitness fanatic, a beginner or trying to answer the question of what is fitness --it really isn't that hard to do a little research to find something that fits your needs.

From the P90X to the insanity to the latest physical fitness trends there's no shortage of home fitness routines, you can even find hundreds on Utube for free.

What you'll find here are programs that don't need a lot of space to perform, nor do they need any equipment.

The workouts will be high intensity and should take you no longer than 10 minutes to complete, not including the warm-up and cool down.

These high intensity workouts will consist of different body weight exercises and will be a total body workout. I'll also use circuit training circuit training to maximize the programs.

Like I said before, this is a total body workout. If you want to key in on a specific area, for example the upper body , then you would perform exercises that target that specific area on a different day.

This program, however, will work the entire body using compound movements, which are exercises that work a combination of two or more muscle groups rolled into one exercise

One of the best ways to improve your circulation as well as your cardiovascular fitness is to make your body shuffle blood from one area of your body to the next. We can do this by working different areas of the body in the same training session.

For example, jump squats will force the body to send blood to the legs, then right after the jump squats you could do push ups- this forces blood to the upper body-then maybe you do a core exercise, which would require blood to be sent to your mid-section, so keep this in mind when you're asking yourself, "Why is he making me do this again, I was just there?" Everything has a purpose my friend. So try these home fitness routines and don`t be afraid to do your own research.
